Privacy & data

Know what you share.

This page describes the website’s implemented data flows. Contact support about access, correction or deletion requests.

Account and access requests

Registration collects a username, email address, password and any optional note you provide. Email verification and access review are part of the account process. Passwords and session handling are managed by the authentication service; do not send credentials through support or AI chat.

Sessions and essential storage

Authentication uses cookies and server-side session records. Browser storage may retain interface preferences and session-related state. Signing out and device revocation follow the application’s session controls.

Wallet information

Wallet and tier features use a public blockchain address and public balance data. Blockchain transactions and addresses are public. A balance check does not require a private key or a transaction signature.

Optional AI questions

If Ask Alpha is available and you choose to use it, your question is sent to the configured AI service through AlphaPride. Do not include confidential account details, credentials or sensitive personal information. AI responses can be inaccurate.

External services

Market data, blockchain reads, email delivery and optional wallet connectivity depend on external providers. Following an external link or approving a wallet connection brings that provider’s terms and privacy practices into scope.

Education tools

The position-size calculator runs in your browser and does not place an order. Public data requests and operational logs may still be generated when you visit the website.

Requests and retention

For questions about stored data or a deletion request, contact Support@thealphapride.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting or operational reconciliation. This page does not promise a deletion schedule that the service has not confirmed.
