How do I access the trading app?
Use Open app if you already have the required access. New users should create an account request, verify their email and await owner review. Permissions depend on your assigned role.
Does holding $ALPHA give me app access?
No. A wallet balance can determine a membership tier, but application eligibility and trading permissions are reviewed separately.
Is Practice trading real money?
Practice uses simulated trades and separate records. Its results are not Live returns. Historical tests are another evidence category and may have data or execution limitations.
Can I connect my own exchange account and copy trades?
This website does not offer public self-service copy trading or third-party account management. Ask support about available access rather than assuming those services are operational.
Do I need a wallet to use the website?
No. Browsing, education and account requests work without a wallet. For a token tier check, you can paste a public address.
Why is market data unavailable?
A public source may be delayed, rate-limited or unavailable. An unavailable value is not zero. Use the source and timestamp shown with the data, and retry later if needed.
What should I include in a support request?
Describe the page, action, time and visible message. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords, authenticator codes, exchange API secrets or wallet recovery phrases.
